The Bills and Ladd McConkey have already met “a couple of times.”
Ladd McConkey, a wide receiver with the Georgia Bulldogs, has already had many meetings with the Buffalo Bills prior to the 2024 NFL Draft. The Bills are almost certain to select a wide receiver early in the draft after trading their all-star wide receiver, Stefon Diggs, to the Houston Texans.
McConkey is anticipated to be selected in the late first or early second rounds by NFL draft scouts, who have been pleased by his athleticism and route running during the predraft process. With Buffalo on the clock, McConkey is likely to be among the top receivers available, and the Bills own the No. 28 pick in the draft.
“I had a few meetings with the Buffalo Bills. Let’s go; I liked the organization,” McConkey remarked. “That’d be pretty sweet,” he continued in response to a question about playing alongside quarterback Josh Allen. On “Up & Adams,” McConkey discussed his feelings toward the Bills with Kay Adams.
