Upon his return to Michigan Stadium, quarterback J.J. McCarthy exchanged his Wolverines uniform for some bling.
The former Wolverines signal-caller displayed his Michigan rings while watching the Maize and Blue teams play in the Michigan spring game.

The four rings that symbolize Michigan’s 2023 season, which were revealed by the football team on Saturday morning, looked to be among McCarthy’s possessions.
According to Jostens, the bling this year includes a national championship ring, a CFP championship ring, a Big Ten championship ring, and a Rose Bowl championship ring.

During his senior year, McCarthy assisted in leading the Wolverines to an unbeaten season and a CFP championship win.
This spring game will be Michigan’s first without head coach Jim Harbaugh and head coach McCarthy, who left college football this summer to assume the helm with the Los Angeles Chargers.
McCarthy will soon be in the NFL with Harbaugh. In the most recent 2024 NFL Mock Draft, he is ranked No. 5 by the B/R NFL Scouting Department.
