Rattler is one of the forty rookies selected in this year’s draft.
Unexperienced Quarterback Spencer Rattler of the New Orleans Saints is one of 40 NFL rookies invited to the 2024 NFLPA Rookie Premiere. The event is scheduled for May 16–19 in Los Angeles.

According to Sportskeeda, the NFLPA runs a programme called the Rookie Premiere that aims to introduce league sponsors to some of the most desirable draft picks while also acquiring corporate brands. NFL partners have “unparalleled access” to rising talents because to this event.
Although there are a number of Saints draft selections that seem like they would be more worthy than Rattler, it seems like marketability is being given more weight than skill when inviting players to events.
Rattler spent his undergraduate years in Oklahoma and South Carolina, where he established a well-known brand. He has demonstrated his “marketability” thus far, despite his inexperience.
Sadly, Kool-Aid McKinstry, the Saints’ second-round selection, was not invited to the function. Should “marketability” be the primary factor, then the individual going by “Kool-Aid” ought to be at the top of the list.
Regretfully, only two of the forty invites were extended to defensive players, including Kool-Aid and other rookies in the position.
